Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum call out is £60.
Do I need to provide anything for Home treatment?
No, your therapist will provide everything you need for the treatment including treatment beds and towels.
In some instances, they may need access to running water or an electricity socket.

What is your cancellation policy?

BOOKING FEE
All appointments require a deposit. This will secure your appointment & will be deducted from your treatment price.
To get your deposit refunded, We require 48hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancelled appointments will be refunded if 48 hours notice is given.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If you miss your appointment you will be charged the FULL appointment price.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are running late to your appointment please contact us as soon as possible on 07 516 154 848.
This could mean you may not receive your full treatment as we will finish at the scheduled time.
The outstanding balance will still apply regardless of completing your treatment or not.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 48HRS
Cancelling or rescheduling less than the required 48hr time frame will forfeit your deposit.
